We are looking for:

We’re looking for an Integration Software Developer to join our team and help expand our
integration solutions and capabilities. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of other developers, analysts and
consultants on designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions
ensuring smooth data flows between various systems and applications. If you’re passionate about solving complex integration challenges, do not shy away from communicating with different stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative environment, this
role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

● Working mainly on implementing integration processes between various systems in the clients application landscape.
● Executing assigned business projects according to client’s requirements and internal procedures.
● Working with clients and other stakeholders on analyzing the technical capabilities systems to be integrated.
● Analyzing and clarifying client’s system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business.
● Writing technical specifications for the developed solutions.
● Configuration and testing of developed solutions with clients and other stakeholders (UAT).
● Presenting developed solutions in written or oral reports.
● Handing over the developed solutions and providing support to clients in adopting the solutions.
● Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers.
● Providing training for end users and stakeholders.
● Regularly sending reports to your team leader and GET management about project status.
● Following up and escalating gaps, issues and enhancements identified throughout the project.

About you

● You have at least one year of experience with ETL tools and processes.
● You have worked closely with the clients in order to understand their needs and find the best way to address them.
● You are dedicated to finding ways to increase the quality of provided services and solutions.
● You are mindful of your workload, deadlines and task dependencies.
● You are able to explain technical information in non-technical terms.
● Your written and spoken English is at an advanced level or higher.
● You are genuinely curious and constantly striving to explore and learn more.
● You possess a functional understanding of APIs, REST, SOAP, SQL.
● You have a basic understanding of Data Management – data integration, data quality, data mapping and data transformation concepts.
● You continuously strive to improve performance, maintainability and scalability of developed solutions.
● You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

It would be a plus to have

● Experience with low-code development platforms (Boomi, SAP Integration Suite, Workato, Tibco, Power Automate, Google AppSheet, Mulesoft)
● Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with cloud-based integration services is desirable
● Basic knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages.
● Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics D365…
● Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
● German language knowledge
