If you are a highly motivated, Linux-savvy DevOps Engineer who thrives in an automation-driven environment, we encourage you to apply and help us build the

Responsibilities

● Design and implement highly available, secure, and robust Linux-based infrastructure solutions that scale dynamically with our needs.
● Responsible for contributing to architectural decisions, ensuring systemresilience, and maintaining a strict focus on performance and capacity optimization.
● In charge of automation-first infrastructure management (Develop Infrastructure as Code, custom scripts, and configuration management tools that streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance system deployment).
● Installation, configuration and maintenance of standardized Linux distributions and core enterprise infrastructure building blocks.
● Installation, configuration and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications, operating entirely under strict revision control to ensure absolute traceability.
● Monitoring of infrastructure health, security controls, and industry-standard compliance, while proactively setting up performance thresholds and intelligent alerts.
● Quickly resolve infrastructure-related incidents and minimize impact on end-user productivity and overall organization in close collaboration with team stakeholders.
● Maintaining detailed documentation of infrastructure code base, system configurations, and baseline procedures for future reference and compliance tracking.
● Participating in technical alignment syncs to maintain transparent communication regarding capabilities, proactively solve engineering limitations, and integrate emerging industry best practices.
● Virtualization and Compute: A good understanding of the compute layer with a focus on virtualization and client-based hardware.
● Security: Infrastructure security best practices, vulnerability scanning, CIS-CAT hardening

About you

● At least 3 years of working experience in SysOps, System Administration or similar position
● Strong Linux expertise and experience (Suse, Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky)
● Deep expertise in Bash scripting and command-line utilities within enterprise Linux environments
● Knowledge and usage of VMware and OVA-s
● Scripting language knowledge (ideally PowerShell or Python)
● Knowledge of Dockers, containerD
● Infrastructure automation and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, YAML)
● R&D mindset: willingness to learn new things, investigate unknown problems and improve existing implementation, capable of working with minimal guidance.
● Good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks according to schedule
● Good command of written and spoken English

It would be a plus to have

● Knowledge of Microsoft server and client operating systems with the focus on the GPO and Registry
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup and administration
● Knowledge of Git and Artifactory
● Knowledge of Bamboo and Bitbucket
